I wired it in to a 12 volt battery and still couldnt get it to power up. I cant tell you if it works or not.What kind of electronic item comes with no instructions at all. The words Maed In China were printed along the bottom and no that wasnt a spelling error on my end, they spelt MADE as MAED.Second no instructions what so ever, and ZERO tech support. Thirdly they sent the wrong wires. Only one power cord which is flimsy at best and a remote wire thats supposed to hook up to who knows. And double ended RCA cables that dont fit to the amplifier its made for. Once I figured out a configuration the sub produced NO SOUND, not even a vibration or thump that is typical with most subs being powered on. When I contacted the seller for a refund they said not to bother sending the item back but gave me a FULL refund which was the only positive experience out of this. The Speakers and Amp work great though and when my first amp got wet they replaced it quickly and free of charge. But dont waste money on this sub. It doesnt work, isnt as described and in reality is to big for any...
