It is what it is, the cover just lies on top of your keyboard, and after a few minutes of typing you forget that its there. Minor complaint, the letters and the "capslock" indicator light hole do not line up properly with the originals on the key board. The keys dont really matter to me because i normally turn the keylights all the way down anyway. As for the caps lock key, the green indicator light is still visible through the brown surface, so its not a total loss. This product is cool for the price, which is a fraction of what similar products cost at the apple store, if you can bare the mismatched holes. I can.

Am very pleased with this keyboard cover that arrived promptly. It matches the case that I also ordered. The keyboard is protected from food crumbs, dust, oily fingerprints. There is also partial protection from liquids. I ordered 2 skins to go with my case and the supplier sent an extra one, just for good will.
